Is ParShark a New Zealand business?

Yes. ParShark is 100% Kiwi owned and operated, based in New Zealand.

Where is your stock held?

All ParShark products are stocked right here in NZ, which means faster delivery and no overseas delays.

Who are ParShark products designed for?

NZ golfers. Our gear is selected and tested with New Zealand conditions in mind — wet winters, windy days, and year-round play.

Shirts, hats, and gloves etc are made with NZ Sizes, body shapes, and conditions in mind.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across New Zealand, including rural and remote addresses.

How fast do you dispatch orders?

All orders are processed and dispatched the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

  • Urban & Metro Areas NZ: usually 1–3 business days
  • Rural NZ: allow an extra 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If something’s not right, contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort it.

Can I return used grips?

Sorry — grips that have been fitted and used can’t be returned unless faulty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Afterpay and Shop Pay.

Are prices in NZD and GST included?

Yes — all prices are NZD and include GST.

Yes — for golf clubs, pro shops, or bulk orders, get in touch via craig@parshark.co.nz.

Our club or pro shop is looking for custom gear - do you do custom orders?

Yes. We can work with clubs and pro shops on custom ParShark gear. Get in touch with us to discuss what you need — manufacturing lead times and minimum order quantities may apply. We’ve already done custom runs for several NZ clubs.
