Change your grips!!

Why do you need new grips now?
Look clearly I'm biased as a guy who sells grips... but is there anything worse than slippery work out grips? Plus you don't want your clubs looking like you just picked them up at the op shop!

Your grips are THE point of connection you have to your club, they influence control in your shots, and feel of you clubs, sounds obvious right? Well that's cause it is... so if your grips are worn out you're not getting the best out of your clubs or your swing.

Grips are a great way to freshen up the look and feel of your clubs, or freshen up a set of new clubs you may have just picked up. Spending some time and money on grips could potentially save your hundreds on clubs!
Some new grips will have great alignment aids and markers that can really help with consistency or alignment and your shots.

Standard or Mid Sized grips? how many wraps? how do you know?
TBH its really tough.... Its not always about the size of your hands although thats a great starting point. Other factors like feel, and grip pressure can also influence this choice.

If you can find a way to test both sizes: Try hitting a few shots with both standard and mid-sized grips at a local pro shop during a club fitting. Or buy a grip in each size, try them on your clubs and see what you like. Or if you don't want to go to that effort try a friends clubs, just remember they might have different clubs or shafts that could affect feel and control.

In general if you have bigger hands you may want a bigger grip, but there are other variables, like grip pressure which can influence what will feel best to you.
So if you wear a size L or XL glove, maybe consider trying some mid size grips.
If you wear a S or M glove, maybe standard grips are for you.
